This agreement is made between Ortak Anlar Platform, which operates the Ortak Anlar platform, and the user who is a member of the site or uses its services.

2. Service Description

Ortak Anlar is a web platform that allows users to create digital albums, upload media, and share these albums with other users. The service is provided through a membership system.

3. Membership and Account Usage

• The user is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Account security is the user's responsibility.
• Every transaction made on the platform is considered to have been made by the person using the account.

4. Terms of Use

• Illegal, immoral, threatening, obscene, or harmful content may not be uploaded.
• Personal data of another person may not be shared without permission.
• Actions that threaten the security of the platform are not permitted.

5. Content Rights

Users accept all legal responsibility for the content they upload. Ortak Anlar does not claim any rights over user content but reserves the right to remove content that violates regulations.

6. Pricing and Packages

Some services on the platform are paid. Package details, album and storage rights are clearly communicated to the user. Services are activated after payment.

7. Termination Rights

The user can close their account at any time. Ortak Anlar also reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if the user violates the agreement.

8. Limitations of Liability

Ortak Anlar cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from system interruptions, user errors, or third-party service providers.

9. Right to Modification

Ortak Anlar reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. The updated agreement will be effective from the moment it is published on the platform.
