Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement has been established remotely between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who purchases digital products/services through the Ortak Anlar platform.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of album and storage packages purchased by the Buyer through the Ortak Anlar platform.

3. Product/Service Information

The offered products are digital and non-refundable. For example:

• 1 Album + 100MB Storage Package
• 3 Albums + 1GB Storage Package

4. Pricing and Payment

Product prices are stated on the platform and include VAT. Payments are received via virtual POS or online payment methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal since the product is digital. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the right of withdrawal is invalid for immediately performed digital content.

6. Duration of the Agreement

This agreement enters into force on the date of completion of the purchase transaction and remains valid for the duration of the service.

7. Resolution of Disputes

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Courts in the Buyer's location are authorized.
